Acceptable Use Policy

Effective October 19, 2026 · Last updated October 19, 2026

Exposure Amp is for honest local businesses and organizations. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and explains what isn’t allowed, so every page and QR code people scan is one they can trust.

1.Content you may not publish

Don’t use Spotlight pages, QR codes, links, answers, images or any other part of the Service to publish or point to content that:

  • is illegal, or promotes illegal activity, goods or services;
  • is false, misleading or deceptive about who you are or what you offer, including fake reviews, ratings or endorsements;
  • infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, including logos and photos you aren’t allowed to use;
  • harasses, threatens, defames or promotes hate or violence against people or groups;
  • contains sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexually explicit material;
  • sells or promotes weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, or other regulated products without the licenses the law requires;
  • offers medical, legal or financial services you aren’t licensed to provide.

3.Protecting the Service

Don’t, and don’t help others to:

  • access accounts, data or systems you aren’t authorized to, or probe, scan or test our security without written permission;
  • overload, disrupt or attack the Service, including by automated requests, bots, inflated views, scans or questions;
  • scrape, copy or harvest data from the Service or other customers’ pages beyond normal viewing;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile or copy the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
  • try to manipulate the AI features, for example by instructing an assistant to ignore its rules, reveal private information, or produce harmful content;
  • get around plan limits, rate limits, or account suspensions;
  • resell or sublicense the Service without our written agreement.

4.Other people’s information

Use visitor questions, analytics and any contact details only to serve your own customers, and follow the privacy laws that apply to you. Don’t collect sensitive information (such as health, financial or government ID details) through your page, and don’t use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.

5.Reporting abuse

See something that breaks these rules, such as a page or QR code that looks like a scam? Email support@exposureamp.com with the link. We review every report.

6.Enforcement

If you break this policy, we may remove content, disable codes, links or pages, limit features, or suspend or close your account, as described in our Terms of Service. When the law requires it, or to protect people, we may report activity to law enforcement. We decide in our reasonable judgment what violates this policy.
